Refund Policy - physical products
Return Timeframe:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Eligibility for Refund:

Approved refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. personalized apparel, AI art) are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

What to include in the Refund Policy
No Refunds on Digital Items:
Due to the nature of downloadable or streamed content (such as podcasts, AI art commissions, or digital courses), all sales are final once delivered or accessed.
Coaching & Wellness Services (Ricky Baker Wellness):

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
