Refund Policy

At House of Rommel, including all affiliated brands (Flock_TV, Flock_Gaming, Ricky Baker Wellness), we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Policy - physical products

Return Timeframe:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. personalized apparel, AI art) are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

What to include in the Refund Policy

No Refunds on Digital Items:

Due to the nature of downloadable or streamed content (such as podcasts, AI art commissions, or digital courses), all sales are final once delivered or accessed.

 

Coaching & Wellness Services (Ricky Baker Wellness):

 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos (if applicable)
